Data Deletion
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

What you can ask for
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Corrections to anything that is wrong
- Deletion of your data, in full or in part (for example, only your newsletter subscription)
What we keep
Some records must be kept by law even after a deletion request, such as invoices and order records for tax purposes. We keep only what is required, for as long as it is required, and delete the rest.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within a few days and complete it within 30 days. If we need to check that the request is really from you, we will reply to the email address you give us before we delete anything.
Newsletter only?
Every letter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you from the list straight away.
Browser notes
The notes this site keeps in your own browser (see the Cookie Policy) never reach us. Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove them.
