Digital Products

Personal Services (Coaching & Consulting)

Personal services—including coaching sessions, consulting, audits, strategy calls, and intensives—are non-refundable once purchased. Scheduled service appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours (3 days) advance notice. Cancellations or changes made within 3 days of the scheduled service will not be eligible for refund or credit.

In the event that Muse & Co. must reschedule or cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice of rescheduling the session or receiving a full refund.

General Refund Policy
