End User Licence Agreement

1. What this agreement covers

This agreement applies to the digital products you download from Muse & Co.: eBooks, workbooks, templates, guides and audio files ("the products"). By downloading or opening a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Your licence

When you buy or download a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

• read, listen to and print the product for your own use
• keep copies on the devices you own
• use templates and worksheets in your own business, and in work you do for your own clients

3. What the licence does not allow

• Sharing, reselling, giving away or uploading the files, in whole or in part
• Passing off the products, or anything closely based on them, as your own work
• Using the products to train software or AI models
• Removing copyright notices or credits

4. Ownership

The products remain the property of Muse & Co. and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the content.

5. Updates

We may correct or improve a product from time to time. Where we can, we will send updated files to the email address used for the purchase.

6. No guarantees

The products share ideas and frameworks; results depend on how you use them. They are provided "as is", without promises about specific business outcomes, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

7. Ending the licence

If these terms are broken, the licence ends and the products must be deleted. Everything else in this agreement still applies.
